Engineering Applications of M&S
This four-day hands-on course is a more advanced treatment of M&S with emphasis on engineering applications. This course introduces a wide array of engineering modeling and simulation tools to give acquisition professionals a general understanding of key capabilities available to support design processes. Topics will address an array of engineering modeling and simulation tools for a general understanding of capabilities available to support design processes with examples in basic M&S methods for structural mechanics, computational fluid dynamics, and other engineering applications. Upon completion, students should gain a general awareness of the wide range of M&S support available for DoD system designs.
