Quality Assurance

The WernerAnderson management approach is designed to provide the Navy with outstanding quality engineering, technical and programmatic support services. At the same time, WernerAnderson will work to maximize innovation and cost reduction while facilitating the Navy's conversion to performance based contracting.

The WernerAnderson approach is designed to integrate professional support services within and across NAVSEA or the Virtual SYSCOM to institute best practices throughout and realize cost savings. Our approach consists of three inter-related elements:

  • Selecting a team that brings broad experience from multiple Funtional Areas and Navy Customers
  • Creating a streamlined, efficient organization that is focused on identifying quality and implementing best pratices through concerted activities.
  • Measuring performance and improvement through cost savings and productivity metrics.

This approach integrates group review of all tasks and projects, helping eliminate technical or adminstrative errors or omissions. The group review includes action plans that correct problems and implement improvement solutions. This creates a feedback loop within WernerAnderson, enabling continuous process/project quality improvement.
